1. Social Selling for Small Businesses: Learn How Social Media Will Help You Grow and Sustain Your Business

If you want to position your business as an industry leader, or just build up leads for potential sales, you must have a strong presence on social media – it can’t be overlooked. Social media is where a large percentage of customers spend a great deal of their online time, whether it’s looking for information or deals. If you are there, and positioned correctly on multiple platforms it will speak well for your business. This course will show you how to use social selling via social media to the best benefit.

Social selling isn’t just a fad or the latest approach to selling that businesses need to adopt. It’s a result of the massive integration of social media in how we conduct our lives. Sales professionals understand they can connect to and leverage these habits. This course is designed for entrepreneurs and sales professionals to learn how to function in that space.

In this course, we’re going to explore how social selling is an essential requirement for sales teams, and how the relationships that are created and nurtured within social media will help you grow and sustain your business. We’ll also learn how to apply specific techniques to connect with your audience and potential fans in the social space.

2. Marketing for Small Businesses: Explore 100 Strategies For Your Small Business

Marketing is about getting your business known and building your position within the marketplace. This course will show you how small businesses can leverage traditional marketing tools to grow their presence, increase results, and meet business goals.

This course will teach you how marketing is different for small businesses, elements of a successful marketing message, what the marketing cycle looks like, how to build a marketing plan with the five P’s, how to market with social media, and how to create a marketing budget. You will also explore over 100 strategies and consider which ones are right for your small business.

3. Communications for Small Business Owners: Learn the Basic Techniques in Communication to Improve Sales

Communications between a small business and its customers is a multi-lane highway. Navigate this highway successfully and you increase customer numbers and profits. Set out on this highway unaware, ill-prepared, or unconvinced of its importance, and you will lose ground to your competitors.

If you are new to the communications highway, this Communications for Small Business Owners course will provide the foundation for future development. If your company has some communications expertise, this course will help you strengthen and polish your essential components.

4. Working with the Media: Creating a Positive Working Relationship: Learn How To Work With Media

You may have been interviewed by a member of the media, or maybe some day you will be. You can never be sure when circumstances will conspire to have a reporter standing in front of you with a microphone, or on the other end of a phone line, waiting for an answer. This course is going to help you develop the skills to deliver a smooth interview as either a citizen or a professional spokesperson. You are also going to learn about vehicles for conveying ideas such as press releases and media packages. You are also going to consider the types of relationships that you can develop with the media. It’s always good to have a professional, positive relationship with the media, and this course will set you up for success.

You are going to have a good grasp of the interview process when you are done of this course, from the perspective of a regular citizen or as a professional spokesperson. In addition to speaking to the media, you’re going to learn how to pass your message along via a press release or media package. Libel and slander will come under consideration as well as various types of media outlets and the concept of a professional relationship with the media versus a personal one.

5. Marketing with Social Media: Take Your Social Media Marketing To The Next Level

Social media remains an evolving aspect of our daily lives in addition to being a part of our businesses. If you understand the basics of social media, this course will give you ways to add it to your marketing plan.

In this course, you will learn how to develop a social media marketing plan as a part of an overall marketing strategy, determine who should be on your team, and choose how you will measure what is taking place. In addition, you will learn about blogging, explore some of the major social media sites (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook), and look at how specialty sites and social media management tools can take your social media marketing to the next level.

Question 2 needs to be reviewed as there are grammar and spelling issues which makes it hard to answer the question correctly.
Would be great if the course literature was printable in a whole rather than printing each page of at a time.
Also, resuming back to the course had to start from the beginning again rather than resuming where I left of which at times was close to the end, very frustrating.
Overall the course was good.
