I undertook the Train the Trainer Course as a development opportunity and have really enjoyed it.

The information was well laid out and in an order that I could see linked the whole course together.

I was able to see why you would do things in the way you should and interestingly it made me realise why some training I have undertaken has been better than others and that's the way the trainer has undertaken their role.

I hope to be able to put this into practice soon.
