Well organized. Would like the course summary slides in a downloadable PDF for reference. Some of the questions had answers that were VERY similar or questions that are not clearly worded. For example in this final test:
Q11. During this stage, group members develop greater cohesivenes and possibly intimacy.:

Stage Two: Norming
Stage Three: Norming

Shouldn't Stage Two be Storming??

Q12. What should a facilitator do when encouraging participation?:

Do not state at the the start of the meeting that their participation is welcome and integral, let them voluntarily particpate <---- TYPE O to make them more comfortable.
