The course was enlightening and provided me with more meaning as why I was getting angry quickly at small issues. It also provided me with a better understanding of how to work around angering issues. By completing the course I realized that continued frustration was at the forefront of my outbursts. The course was enlightening and provided me with more meaning as why I was getting angry quickly at small issues. It also provided me with a better understanding of how to work around angering issues. By completing the course I realized that continued frustration was at the forefront of my outbursts. I also had to admit that my anger was a sign of tiredness.
