Course Fees

Course fees are inclusive of GST and may be paid to CFS by credit card, direct deposit, money order or the Ezy Pay payment system.

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

CFS agrees to provide the following payment plans as outlined below:

You pay a deposit of $250 (Inc GST plus $20.00 P/H & I) plus agreed plan payments.

Note: Payment Plans attract a $50 establishment fee.

The frequency of these payments is up to the individual, you may pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly, payments must be finalised within 4 months.

The amount and payments can be structured around your circumstances.

The course will be sent excluding the last DVD, resources disc (course manual) and any free bonus courses, these will be posted when you fianlise your payments.

We will take your deposit via credit card or direct deposit and EZYPAY will manage and collect your payments; you are required to complete a Direct Debit Request Form and send or fax a copy of this and a copy of your driver's license.

Once you have paid your deposit plus postage and handling and we have received confirmation from EZYPAY we will send out your course within two days and you will receive it within five working days later.

Note: Please read the Terms and Conditions of EZYPAY, in particular the My Responsibility section. It is your responsibility to have sufficient funds available and in the event of a failed payment you will incur a failed payment fee of $16.50 for each unsuccessful debit, in addition to any fees charged by your Financial Institution, and any collection fees incurred by EZYPAY including but not limited to legal costs and/or the commission of a collection agent appointed by EZYPAY for the purposes of recovering the unsuccessful debit payment.

Any cancellations made directly with EZYPAY do not affect or terminate any contract, agreement or payment obligations you have with Courses For Success.

It is acknowledged that in the event of default in payment of an amount due to Courses For Success, will result in referral of any resultant debt for collection by a mercantile agent plus any additional collection costs incurred.

Layby Option:

Alternatively we have a Lay By option, where you can pay off the course over 4 to 8 weeks. The full cost is $897 (saving you the $50.00 establishment fee) and the complete course is sent when full payment has been received by Courses for Success.

Refund Policy

We are confident that if you purchase this course and follow the instructions you will be in business and making money. If you follow the systems we provide and apply yourself and you do not make any money within the first year we will gladly refund you the cost of the course.

Please review the terms and conditions of our refund policy regarding the course you have purchased from Courses for Success.

A full refund will only be given if the following conditions are met:

• you must prove that you have studied the course and have used the systems that we suggest;
• you must have registered for email support and show evidence of requesting support
• you must supply proof that you have advertised your business for a minimum of three months (you must provide invoices as proof);
• you must provide letterheads, business cards and flyers;
• you must have an ABN and business name registration;
• you must provide a sworn affidavit that you have not earned any money;
• you must provide evidence of a bank account registered in your business name and account number;
• for Wedding, Photography and Desktop you must provide a copy of your portfolio.

It does not state that you will be refunded if you:

• change your mind;
• lose interest;
• do not take action;
• are unwilling to make the time;
• or for any unforeseen health reasons;
• Nor can we be responsible for your financial situation after purchasing the course.

If you would like a refund and meet the stipulated conditions above; you must advise us in writing and provide the required evidence as stated above.

Obviously if there is a technical fault with any one of the disks provided in the Course you have purchased, we will be more than happy to replace them upon your request.

Course Dispatch

Your course will be dispatched by registered post once CFS is satisfied with the integrity of the order. In order for CFS to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, and delivery address and payment details. CFS will send out your course within two days and you will receive it within five working days later.

Please note; if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact Courses for Success by phoning 1300 4 SUCCESS or by emailing: sales@coursesforsuccess.com.au.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, Courses for Success will not refund your payment. Should you wish to resend that package, you will incur an additional delivery charge.

Courses are subject to availability. If a course is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to confirm a scheduled delivery date.

Course Material and Support

Each course is presented in a high quality folder which includes 6 DVD's and 1 resource CD. The resource CD includes a hard copy manual of the course content, advertising examples, and a detailed explanation of the steps you need to take to set up your business.

In addition to the DVD's each student may wish to pay extra for 12 months expert support.
