Upon purchase of a course you are accepting the following terms:
1. A legally binding agreement shall arise between you and Courses For Success which shall be governed by the laws of your country.
2. Upon submitting a website order and payment of the full Course Fee you consent and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
3. Upon payment of your fees in full, we will:
- Supply to you all the necessary materials for your nominated course(s).
- Mark and provide feedback on submitted assessments if applicable
- Provide tutor support throughout the Course if applicable
- Assist with administrative queries
- Issue a certificate or Statement of Attainment/s upon satisfactory completion.
Courses For Success will provide you with a tax invoice for your records. You will also receive a welcome email outlining the next steps to gain access to your course.
The duration of the Course is stated in the Courses For Success Course Description and/or advised at the time of purchase.
Payment Plans
Specific courses may be eligible for a payment plan directly through Courses for Success. Payment plan fees must be paid by the customer as agreed to in the Payment Plan contract. Once the down payment is paid, course access will be enabled. Outstanding payments will result in suspension of the students account and may incur legal or debt collection proceedings. Payment plans are not eligible for our 7-day money back guarantee.
Refund Policy:

A full refund will be provided in the event that you have accessed the course materials and have not studied more than 25% of the course or not completed the course assessment and/or downloaded a certificate.
If you, as a Student, are unhappy with such a Course you must make a written request for a refund within seven (7) days of the date that you paid for access to that Course.

Our team will carefully investigate if you are eligible for a refund and this process may take up to 14 business days.
If you are eligible for a refund, Courses For Success will issue a refund within 14 business days and you will be provided with an e-mail acknowledgment.
If you wish to study a different course or wish to upgrade your purchase we would be happy to provide an alternate course or the upgrade, providing you advise us within 48 hours of receiving your course welcome pack. Please email studentsupport and provide your purchase details and order number.
* Please note: We do not offer refunds for Course Bundles. This is because a lot of administration work goes into coordinating and setting them up in our systems, as well as providing them to you. Therefore, we kindly ask you to ensure that your chosen courses in the course bundles are exactly what you require before making a purchase. We are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of our course bundles and appreciate your understanding regarding our no-refund policy for bundles.
We reserve the right to provide a replacement course in the event an incorrect course is provided at time of purchase. Once this is replaced the normal refund policy will apply.
