Online Learning- How to get the most out of our courses

Learning online is flexible as you can watch the videos at home, on your computer or on your mobile device, better than being in a classroom as you can watch them at your own pace and at a time that suits, here are some study tips:

1. Get to know your course-Watch the entire video series first, then go back over the video lessons individually, take notes and note down any questions you have.
2. At the end of each video email your questions to student support-and we will respond with the answers (generally on the same day or within 24 hours)
3. Follow this process throughout the rest of the course
4. Once you complete the course go through your course manual-if you have any further questions email student support and we will provide the answers.
5. Depending on the course you may be required to do some real life practise assignments-once you complete these, email your questions to student support and he will respond.
