Jason Smith is our Managing Director
Prior to developing Courses for Success, Jason gained over twenty years experience in the retail industry. He has had held jobs on the floor selling, in management, in training and in development roles. He also gained valuable experience from owning a Holden dealership where he learnt how to market a product, manage the sales team, provide customer satisfaction and achieve budgets.
His vision is that Courses for Success would be a place that people could go to if they wanted to start their own business. People can buy an easy to follow step by step business start up guide with optional customer support to assist with any questions they have about the course, setting up their business and the ongoing management of their business.
Jason lives in Far North Queensland (Cairns) where he enjoys fishing, snorkelling, exploring the reef, walking in the rainforests and taking advantage of the beautiful weather. He also enjoys travelling in Australia, New Zealand, overseas and snow skiing.
David Pix is our Course Presenter and Client Support Manager/Coach
David is a Government Accredited Trainer and holds the certificate IV in Training and Development, this allows him to develop and deliver training for any topic for Australian Business and Tafe sectors.
His qualifications include the following:
- Associate Degree of Graphic Design majoring in Photography
- Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design
- Master class cinematography course (Getting Creative Studios)
- NSA national speakers association (Full accreditation)
- Investigative photography (Certificate North Sydney Tafe )
- Franchise Management NSW University (1994)
- Multimedia: He has been producing multimedia over the last 10 years.
- He has worked on many training projects, developed using the standard industry software. These have included smaller projects such as point and click websites, and more complex projects such as training DVDs.
- E-learning environments/tools and application development. Being a project manager and designer, he has worked extensively with programmers and therefore developed understanding and capabilities of backend and frontend technologies as well as the training delivery.
He has established over 30 small businesses and has gained valuable knowledge and knowhow when it comes to starting a business and ensuring that it is successful.
He has owned a Desktop publishing business and was involved in the wedding industry in many facets including, wedding photography, wedding cars, being a DJ at weddings and owning a florist shop.
He still teaches photography and business at Tafe part-time and owns and runs a successful photography business from his home studio.
David is married with four children and lives in Sydney
Conrad Barns-Graham is our National Course Administrator
Conrad manages the Course Advisory Team for Courses for Success.
With Conrad's previous experience achieved over the last 15 years in the Finance and Retail arenas, he has implemented Customer Relationship Programs at State and National levels that were focused on total customer satisfaction. Conrad managers our Course Advisory Team with the sole aim to provide you with the highest possible level of service.

Conrad has established our Course Advisory Team in Sydney where he resides with his wife.
Ian Craig is our Distribution Manager
Ian has held senior management roles in production focused businesses in the packaging and IT industries. He is a customer service fanatic and at Courses for Success he will be in charge of our production and distribution functions. No matter where you are, Ian will ensure that you receive your course, on time, and in good order.
Ian is married with 2 children and lives in Sydney
